Gardener

Programmed Skilled Workforce are looking for a motivated Gardener to join our team, helping to maintain and enhance a variety of outdoor spaces across the Northern Suburbs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical outdoor work and takes pride in creating well-kept, attractive environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• General maintenance of parks, gardens, and public spaces
• Lawn care, including mowing, edging, and brush cutting
• Pruning, weeding, and basic plant care
• Use of garden tools and machinery
• Safe handling of herbicides and other materials
• Equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Keeping outdoor areas clean and presentable
• Working independently or as part of a team
• Recording tasks using mobile apps or job systems

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Willingness to undergo a Police Check and Medical Assessment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
